If I already have regular child care, how would Pop in Kids Club work for me?"When you child care needs a back-up you can Pop, Drop and Roll into Pop in Kids Club. You can use our center whenever it’s convenient for you! Since there are no commitments, you can use Pop in Kids Club as much or as little as you want. You choose the frequency to fit your needs. Pop in Kids Club is ideal for: Work days Errands Doctor’s Appointments Dates Gym Time Pampering Time (Hair, Nails, Spa) Continued Education Sanity Breaks School Closings

How & when do I pay?Payment is due when you pick up your children. You can pay with cash, debit, or credit card (all major credit cards are accepted).

Who will be with my child(ren) during their visit at Pop in Kids Club?We are a state licensed child care facility which requires all staff members to obtain FBI finger printing, Criminal and Child Abuse clearances and a drug screening to be completed before they are hired. All staff members are required to receive additional educational hours of child care training yearly. Our staff has a wide range of educational and life experiences, with degrees ranging from undergrad to Masters, varying from education to the human service field. It is our goal to have the very best staff to care for the children attending Pop in Kids Club. The owners and Directors all have their own children attending the various programs (with their kids insisting to come back all the time!).

How much does it cost to use Pop In Kids Club?We are an hourly service, so once a child has been checked in, you will be charged for a minimum of a 1 hour of service. After the first hour the amount of time your child visits with us is rounded up to the nearest 15-minute increment. Payment is due at the end of each visit. Our Preschool program has a set monthly rate that is due the first of each month throughout the duration of our 10 month preschool program. For all services there is an annual non-refundable registration fee. Here's a link to our pricing page.

Does my child need to be potty trained to attend Pop in Kids Club?No, your child(ren) do not need to be potty trained to stay at Pop in Kids Club. Diapers and wipes are included in our hourly rate for all children that require diaper changes during their stay. If your child is potty training we will provide bathroom break reminders to encourage the process.

What is Pop In Kids Club?Pop in Kids Club is a modern twist to child care that introduces flexibility and convenience to your child care needs. We combine the elements of a daycare center and an activity center in one, where we offer both enrichment and preschool classes, evening clubs, summer activities and steam activities. We are here for your on-demand child care needs.

What are your hours?We are open 7 days a week all year long! We offer 40% more availability than traditional child care centers. Monday - Thursday: 7am to 10pm Friday: 7am to 12am Saturday: 10am to 12am Sunday: 12pm to 6pm

What will my child eat while they are at Pop in Kids Club?We have scheduled meals throughout our business hours. All snacks, including water, juice or milk is always included in your hourly rate. If your child(ren) is visiting during breakfast, lunch or dinner, we can provide these meals for them for a small additional charge. You are welcome to pack a meal and/or snacks for your child(ren). If you choose to provide food for your child(ren) no refrigeration or microwave options will be available. Pop in Kids Club is a nut and shellfish free center. Please follow this link to our menu.

How much notice to I need to provide to use Pop In Kids Club?No notice is needed to use Pop in Kids Club, however, if you know at least 24 hours ahead of time that you will be bringing your child(ren) to Pop in Kids Club, you can make a reservation to guarantee a spot for your child(ren). For the health and safety of all children, we must maintain teacher to child ratios, along with following the maximum occupancy of our facility at all times. We do reserve the right to stop accepting children into the facility if our capacity would be exceeded or staff would not be in ratio. Please follow this link to make a reservation.

With the age range of children that attend, how are the children mixed/separated?"Safety is a top priority for all child(ren) while they attend Pop in Kids Club. As a state licensed facility, at a minimum, we will always follow the DHS required ratios. The ratios followed are 1:6 for children under 3 and 1:10 for children 3 and up. Within our facility we have areas geared specifically for ages 2 through 5 and an area for children 5+. Our large open play area is perfect for all ages with activities available and appropriate for all ages.
